Gas & electric inc. in rent (£25 fuel supplement payable to owner 1st Nov - 1st March). Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private veranda with gravelled sitting area, furniture & BBQ. Shared grass area with picnic table. Sorry no pets & no smoking. Shops 3 miles, pub & restaurant 1 mile. Note: There are 3 steps up from ground level to front door. Note: This owner collects a £100 refundable Good Housekeeping Bond payable upon arrival.

The Property A charming, wood-built detached lodge, offering ‘home from home’ accommodation on the owner’s 400 acre farm, with an open-plan living area and lovely veranda, ideal for alfresco dining. Perfect for an all year round holiday. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with ensuite (shower, basin & WC), 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin & WC. Spacious open plan living area with modern kitchen, dining area & sitting area with electric log-effect fire & access to veranda.
