With excellent local surfing and canoeing facilities, the settlement also offers a wide choice of local shops, pubs and restaurants. Only three miles away is the sleepy fishing village of St. Abbs, a picturesque location with a well-known nature reserve, renowned for its large variety of birds and marine life. Fishing and diving excursions can be purchased here and SCUBA divers come from all over the world to explore the local waters. For those who would rather spend their time on dry land, the area also has a wide selection of riding, golfing and walking opportunities, as well as the shops and attractions of the nearby Scottish capital, Edinburgh.

Electricity and complimentary fuel pack for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, restaurants and pub 3 miles. Note: This property only accepts children of 8 years and over (due to wood burning stove).
