This splendid family run park is set in wooded grounds with a beautiful lake as its centrepiece. It offers you a real taste of the countryside, yet the centre of historic York is just two miles away. A bus service goes to the city centre every 10 minutes from the nearby Tesco superstore and the railway line runs behind the park.
You are within easy reach of York's main ring road, ideal for an outing to the seaside, moors or dales. The resident owners are at hand for friendly help and advice.

The park, lake and surroundings were peaceful and lovely. We were left in peace to get on with our holiday. Although secluded, the park was very close to shops and transport. |

It is very close to york city centre, and the lake is excellent for fishing (my son caught two massive carps) |

This holiday was booked as a treat for my parents 30th Wedding Anniversary and a wonderful time was had by all! The view over the lake from our Lodge was fantastic, especially at sunset. Well worth the 5 hour drive! |
