Nestling between the Fens and the Wolds in the heart of Lincolnshire, is Tattershall Lakes Country Park. Tattershall Park consists of 325 acres offering woodlands, lakes and open spaces along with sporting opportunities. There is a 60 acre water skiing and wakeboarding lake, a 45 acre jet skiing lake, a 9 hole golf course, four lakes covering all aspects of coarse fishing, two bars, one with lake views, a restaurant, children's play area and on site supermarket. Lincoln is within easy travelling distance, with its cathedral, castle and shopping or spend a day exploring the coast, visiting nature reserves at Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point.

Electric central heating throughout. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, books/DVD/games. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared veranda with furniture, private jetty to lake’s edge & shared garden area with shared BBQ. Shared beach area. Outside marble top bar with storage underneath. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, bar 5 mins walk. Note: Property is next to jet-ski lake - may be subject to some associated noise. Note: Veranda leads directly to edge of lake, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Water sports, fishing & golf incur a charge, payable on site. Note: RAF base approximately 2.5 miles away - there may be some associated noise. Note: The on-site activities have seasonal availability. Please contact the office for further details.

The Property A wonderful wooden Scandinavian lodge sitting in the heart of Lincolnshire, in the Tattershall Lakes Country Park. With views over a 45 acre lake, this Tattershall cottage lodge makes a great retreat and is furnished to a high standard. Inside there are three cosy bedrooms, a large open plan living area with French doors leading to the shared veranda, lovely lake views and a private jetty for a jet ski, on the lake's edge. Tattershall Park offers excellent facilities to guests at this Tattershall cottage lodge, with something for all the family. There is water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, golf, coarse fishing, bars, a restaurant and a children's play area on site, with many wonderful attractions just a little further afield. Within easy travelling distance of this Tattershall cottage lodge are pretty villages and market towns offering places of interest or the Lincolnshire coastline with unspoilt beaches and traditional seaside attractions. Note: This property can be booked with refs 4224 and 4225 to accommodate 18 people. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 2 x double (one with en-suite shower, basin & WC), 1 x adult bunks. Shower room with shower, basin & WC. Spacious open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area & sitting area with French doors to veranda & decking.
