An excellent, tranquil site. You have the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere yet the nearest town is only a mile and a half away with good roads right up to the site entrance. It is all brand new so everything is in excellent condition and the fittings and furniture in the lodge were the best we have seen and stayed in. The lodge was like a boutique hotel, in perfect surroundings and the hot tub was brilliant to slip into after a day of forest walks. We will definitely return. |

Great for walking, mountain biking and great for dogs! The hot tub was very welcome at then end of a big walk. Not so much to do in the evenings but if peace and relaxation is what you're after then this is perfect. |
