If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Laying in bed at night all we could hear was the sound of cows and sheep unlike where we live when all we hear is traffic and aeroplanes! Beautiful views, sheep and cows wandering free over the roads and moors. |

Very secluded location, pretty much in the middle of nowhere! Well off the beaten track. We loved the peace and quiet. At night we could see all the stars - beautiful. Would go back there again. The dog loved roaming the farmland and countryside. |

This park was a fantastic location for a quiet retreat. The park is surrounded by great walks so you do not even need to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Windemere is about 30 minutes away, and other key lake attractions are well within an hours drive. A fabulous park that we would definitely go back to! |

If you want peace and quiet away from almost everything then this is the place. Ideal for the North of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and only an hour from the Lake District National Park. Kirkby Stephen, 20 mins or so drive is the nearest big(ish) place for provisions. |
