Our regular guests have been coming back for years so there must be something special about this holiday park. Felixstowe Beach regularly appears in the top 3 for customer satisfaction but great service is just part of the appeal.

On the park you'll find a great indoor pool complete with water slide for children of all ages! The entertainment venue is perfect for live shows and cabarets. Felixstowe is an attractive Victorian town, known as the "Garden Resort of the East Coast".

This is due to its extensive and beautiful gardens, along its long, level promenade and in the town centre. The seafront gardens are listed on the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens of National Importance. Don't forget to visit Southwold during your stay - it's one of those 'must see' places and boasts a lovely Blue Flag beach.

From Ipswich take the A14 signposted Felixstowe.
Continue on A14 until roundabout (junction 60) and take second exit (right) towards Felixstowe Docks A14.

Otley Hall and Gardens A stunningly beautiful 15th century medieval moated Hall. Otley Hall has ten acres of formal and informal gardens containing a canal, mount and woodland. There are also nutteries, a rose garden and Tudor features such as a knot and herb garden to discover. Felixstowe Leisure Centre Situated on Felixstowe seafront the Leisure Centre offers a wide variety of indoor activities. Swimming pools, flume, fitness / health suites, activity and function hall, 4 rink indoor bowls green, adventure play area, crèche, bar & coffee shop. Orford Castle Explore the former royal fortress built in the 12th century by Henry II for coastal defenses. From the top are magnificent views across the River Alde to Orfordness. Felixstowe Ferry Golf Club Felixstowe Ferry Golf Club really is a paradise for club golfers. The more discerning amongst you will love taking on the excellent 18-hole course which throws up challenges at every twist and turn, whilst the short nine-hole course is absolutely ideally suited to beginners. The Spa Pavilion Theatre The Spa Pavilion hosts quality entertainment in a theatre beside the sea. Established since 1909.
